Fear is another emotion that got the best of me…

- Or getting out of a trade before I hit my take profit because I had made a little money and was afraid I might lose it if I stayed in the market. Again, I wasn’t trusting the system.
Here’s where your emotions can really cost you, though…
Revenge trading or over-trading.
When you have a few losers in a row, which happens to every trader – it’s just a cost of doing business like rent or payroll – you want to get in there and take that money back. It’s better when this happens to stop trading for the day and come back with a fresh outlook.
